SIMPLIFIED TOS1.ㅤAll artwork will have a signature denoting my current Twitter/X username ("kieruhann" at the time of writing). Do not remove this signature unless given explicit permission by I, Kieruhann, the artist.2.ㅤArtwork cannot be used commercially unless I have agreed to it before accepting payment. You also may not claim the artwork as your own.3.ㅤReuploading my commission work is allowed ONLY if you are the commissioner and have proper credits to my Twitter/X account in the caption/description.4.ㅤI am only accepting USD over Cashapp and Paypal for payment.5.ㅤI do not allow my artwork to be used for AI image generation and/or NFT usage.6.ㅤI have the right to reject any commissions that I believe I cannot fulfill/do not feel comfortable fulfilling.7.ㅤRefunds cannot be given after I have started your commission. You will be notified when your commission is started, therefore signifying the end of the refunding period.

EXPANDED TOS
.∎ PAYMENT•ㅤPayments are 100% upfront AFTER I have accepted your commission.•ㅤRefunds can only be given before I have started on your commission. There will be a one day grace period of not starting your piece after payment so you can have the opportunity to request a refund..∎ PROCESS AND DELIVERY•ㅤAfter payment is received and confirmed, you can expect the commission to be started after a day. This allows you time to request a refund if you so choose, while also giving you an idea of when you will be notified of me beginning to work on your piece.•ㅤAs I work on your piece, I'll send you updates on how everything's going! You can expect progress images of sketches, lineart, colouring, shading, and more. This is the review period, so please feel free to tell me if you'd like any changes made!•ㅤThe time expectancy of your commission relies heavily on other commissions I may be working on while also factoring in my personal life. You can expect simpler pieces within 1-2 days of processed payment while more detailed ones can take upwards of 1-2 weeks.•ㅤIf any issues arise, I will let you know as to the progress of your commission and how delivery will be postponed for the time being.•ㅤWhen the piece is completed, I will send you a high quality .png of your commission! The image will be shared to you through an image-hosting platform called ImgBB.com so the image can retain its quality as well as a compressed copy through Discord.•ㅤRevisions aren't something I do regarding commissions. I work with clients as I go so that by the end of the piece, there should be no need for post-png revisions. However, if there is an instance of needing revisions, please contact me via Discord and we'll work something out!.∎ IMAGE USAGE•ㅤI, Kieruhann (the artist), am allowed to promote myself with your commission as well as display it in my portfolio and post it wherever I want.•ㅤThe buyer is allowed to use their commissioned piece for personal use (banner, profile picture, print for personal-use poster, etc). They are also allowed to repost the commission with proper credit and use it in videos, streams, etc. Edits can be done to the commissioned work by the client only after the piece has been completed.•ㅤThe buyer cannot edit or remove my signature from the commissioned piece. They also cannot claim the piece as something they've created.

.If you are interested in hiring me for concept design on your development team for any game, please see the Dev Team Position tab!The prices listed here are for standalone concept design commissions, which means they have DIFFERENT PRICING than being hired onto a dev team.Additionally, concepts follow similar pricing to illustrations but are different in the way that it charges per illustration on a singular page; this is why I am reusing the format from the Illustration tab.
